On March 18th (UTC-1200), acceptance or rejection notifications for full papers, abstracts, panels and doctoral consortium has been sent to the authors, but it might take some delay because of the system and network. At the same time, our registration site is opened. For those who have received an accepted notification, they have to register for conference by April 30th, otherwise, that paper will not be published. Moreover, we have opened a hotel information page, and now you can book your hotel!
Registration fee is announced and the direct link is this. Banquet on Aug. 9th at SODOH Higashiyama Kyoto, 2 excursions on 10th (Toei Kyoto Studio Park) and on 11th (Fushimi Inari Shrine & Kyoto International Manga Museum) fees are also announced in this page. Registration site will be opened after the notification of acceptance. Accomodation information will be announced after the acceptance notifications.

Submission for DiGRA 2019 is closed on Feb. 12. Thank you very much for your submissions. Acceptance Notification will be sent to you on March 18, 2019.
Submission to the DiGRA 2019 opened on Dec. 5th, 2018. Please read carefully the Submission Guidelines document. Please use the Submission Template (MS Word), and the paper has to be anonymized PDF, otherwise, it will not be reviewed. After preparing a PDF file, please follow the instruction written at Submission Link.
